ADVERTISING TERMS:

• Unless prior payment arrangements have been approved by Berkshire Homestyle Magazine, Inc. (the “Magazine”), payment for all advertising is due prior to publication. Publication without having received payment shall not be considered a waiver of such advertising fee by the Magazine.

• Unpaid account balances existing 60 days or more from the date of publication shall be subject to a late fee of 1% per month.

• The Magazine expressly reserves the right to refuse advertising for any reason whatsoever.

• The Magazine is not responsible for errors in any advertisement that has been approved by the advertiser. All advertisers must affirmatively indicate approval of an advertisement before such advertisement shall be placed in the Magazine.

• The Magazine does not assume any liability or responsibility whatsoever for the content or claims within any advertisement. Advertisers assume all responsibility and liability for the content of their advertisements and any claims that are made therein.
